Top Entry & Side Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

Top Entry ball valves are designed accordance with API-6D, or API-6A with the option of additional customer options to suit the application. The valves do not rely on a lubricant or grease to assist sealing between the ball and seat which is a feature of Plug Valves. Trunnion ball valves are available with a combined Elastomeric sealing component with Metal back up seat for Fire-safe rating. Metal to metal seating is also used for severe service applications, providing higher temperature range of operation. The Top Entry ball valves are operated by factory installed gearbox or actuators.

The Trunnion design configuration is supported by bearing plates, held by the end adaptors in such a way the pressure loads are transferred to the valve body, granting a smooth rotation of the ball requiring minimal torque levels resulting in reduced seat seal wear.

Our factory’s metal seated ball valve meets the stringent industry shut-off requirements, while using a spring design pre-loading the seat for low pressure applications. For high pressures, the tightness is secured via a seat plunger effect. The proprietary ball processing technique ensures a precision machined ball for roundness. Advanced seat structure and high precision ball are the key factors in providing industry leading shutoff capabilities while requiring extremely reduced operating torques.

Double Block And Bleed Ball Valve

The Double Block And Bleed Valve is used to cut off or connect the media in ANSI Class 150 to Class 2500. The valves are designed with different materials to suit various media’s such as water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, acid gas, oxidizer, and urea. The valves can be operated both manually or by pneumatic or electric actuation. The end connections are available with RF or RTJ Flanges or Butt-weld Ends.

Cryogenic Ball Valve

Our manufacturer specializes in Low Temperature and Cryogenic services down to the extreme temperature of -196° C in accordance to the most stringent specifications. The Ball Valves in cryogenic service are supplied with an extended bonnet with a sufficient gas column length (vapor space) to keep the stem seals exposed only to vapor and not the cold liquid to ensure functional integrity. Suitable seals are selected considering the customer’s process conditions. Some commonly used sealing components are spring energised PTFE lip seals and KEL-F.

The valve obturator have two parts, the seal surface are parallel each other, and with wedge-shape joint surface. The obturator parts are separated from each other, it can ensure the sealing performance even when the temperature changes caused by deformation, and can avoid leaving the gate due to heat expansion choked open. The sealing surface utilizes hard alloy material for corrosion and wear resistance, so it can ensure the sealing performance and extend the service life. This fully sealed design provides internal protection from the most severe weather conditions.
